Located between Pézenas and Caux, the Château de Montpezat surrounded by its 30 ha of vines has belonged to the same family for 3 generations.
Laurence and Christophe Blanc have been producing wines with respect for the environment by following the principles of organic farming since 2009. Complex and fruity wines.

On the nose an intense bouquet of very ripe red and black berries unveils, a great temperament interpreted on a frame of spices punctuated by hints of liquorice. The palate envelops the palate with its roundness and fruitiness. A wild depth with velvety tannins that seduces with its sensual and smoky complexity. The tannins are imposing and supple, striking, with its aromatic character, a beautiful power!

Marcassin steak in a spice crust and creamy sage polenta. Roast squab, full-bodied rosemary jus, celery mousseline.
